Bristol Kids began recording their first album Wireless Dreams in the summer of 2009 at Silver Dreams Studio in Chatsworth, CA. They had never been to a Professional Studio before, and found recording their songs to be a rewarding experience. “You can tell when something’s working well when you’re all smiling,” says their producer, Tony Brock. James & Keri Enjoy working with Tony as he is the best.
James says, “My parents called the radio ‘The Wireless’ because they are British. Today we all use wireless technology everyday. It’s become an accepted part of our lives, and this is what our dreams are built on.” The album describes James & Keri’s journey from the Great Lakes Region to discover beautiful Pacific Ocean breezes and California sunshine. “A way for anyone to experience this the way Keri & I would is through the songs,” says James. “Isn’t that really what it’s all about? That beautiful moment when you’re free.”
Wireless Dreams
(Spoken: Just have fun)
You can sleep as long as you want
Darlin’ Baby
‘Cause when you wake up
Darlin’ Baby
You’re ready for anything
My Darlin’ Baby is startin’ to smile
You’re ready for anything
You know it’s great
To see you roll down the window
As we roll down the hills
Now I understand your Wireless Dreams
And your need to drive the hills fast
You’re a-burstin’ at the seams
California sunshine all day at last
Fresh juice, (echo: Fresh juice) fresh fruit on the vine
Drivin’ through beautiful Sonoma pleases me
The brick patio behind
Silver maple trees, eatin’ wild prickleberries
Now I understand your Wireless Dreams
And your need to drive the hills fast
You’re a-burstin’ at the seams
California sunshine
California sunshine
California sunshine all day at last

The Girl Is
The Girl Is
Part Countryside
Part City Ride
She got a smile on her face
She got nothin’ left to hide
He’s got a real live wire
Reachin’ for smoke & fire (background: Smoke & Fire)
She’s ready to get the money
She got a back-up plan
With her cowgirl boots
In the sand (background: In the Sand)
When he picks her up
She wants a real strong man
The Girl Is
Part Countryside
Part City Ride
She got a smile on her face
She got nothin’ left to hide
Got my cowgirl boots
Got my keys and coat
Want what want ‘cause I want it
Nothin’ left to hide
The Girl Is
He’s drivin’ an SUV
Down the highway with me (background: With Me)
When he picks me up
I’ve got a real strong man
Nothin’ there I can’t understand (background: Understand)
Something lost, something found
With him I land on solid ground
The Girl Is
Part Countryside
Part City Ride
She got a smile on her face
She got nothin’ left to hide
Got my cowgirl boots
Got my keys and coat
Want what I want ‘cause I want it
Nothin’ left to hide
The Girl Is
Where is the solid ground
Where is the solid ground
Where is the solid ground
The Girl Is

Alice Springs
Know who you look like
Like someone on the TV
Think you could use a drink
But what is it gonna be
Where’s my little Kiwi friend
Why oh why didn’t you talk the talk
Hey where’s your little New York
Can we only walk the walk
(background: Oo, ooo)
Take me up to Alice Springs
(background: Yea-ea-ea-eah)
I got all day to get everywhere
(background: Oo, ooo)
A couple of beers and a phone call brings
(background: Yea-ea-ea-eah)
A sweet day, la la la la, to meet you there
I’ll meet you there, I’ll meet you there
Order a round on our barkeep
Leave a little fun for us tonight
Drink you under the table and sleep
You work here for the atmosphere
La la la la la la, Oh, la la la la la la
(background: Oo, ooo)
Take me up to Alice Springs
(background: Yea-ea-ea-eah)
I got all day to get everywhere
(background: Oo, ooo)
A couple of beers and a phone call brings
(background: Yea-ea-ea-eah)
A sweet day, la la la la, to meet you there
I’ll meet you there, I’ll meet you there
Two pots of coffee tomorrow
Flying upside down in thirst
We ride to take the Outback
While they slide into first
(background: Oo, ooo)
Take me up to Alice Springs
(background: Yea-ea-ea-eah)
I got all day to get everywhere
(background: Oo, ooo)
A couple of beers and a phone call brings
(background: Yea-ea-ea-eah)
A sweet day, la la la la, to meet you there
